‘KD 100 housing aid per month’

KUWAIT CITY, May 19, (KUNA): Applicants qualified for housing aid will be paid KD 100 per month of the next 18 months, Minister of Justice and Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Yagoub Al-Sanea announced on Thursday. He made this remark during a press conference held on the occasion of announcing the first money dispatch, as part of a funding housing plan.

This financial aid will help Kuwaiti families of limited income, families who are unable to pay their rent and newlyweds who are financially exhausted to make their payments on time. The housing aid plan was established in accordance to decree 441/2015. 362 applications were received; only 117 one were qualified for approval.
