KUWAIT CITY: The Isra and Miraj holiday is on April 4, 2019, Thursday and a familiar source at the Civil Service Commission (CSC) confirmed that the CSC will address the Council of Ministers before issuing a circular declaring the holiday, reports Annahar daily.
