KUWAIT CITY, Oct 5: Ambassador of India to Kuwait HE Sibi George met HE Misha’al Ibrahim Modhaf, Assistant Foreign Minister, Consular Affairs, Kuwait, and discussed bilateral ties, Diaspora matters including the issue of Indian engineers and those stranded in India, COVID-19 vaccines, and issues of mutual interest.
