The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has denied the rumors circulating on media circles that Jazeera Airways is no longer a member of IATA or in IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) program, reports Al-Anba daily.

IATA, in a press statement, said Jazeera Airways has been a member of IATA since May 19, 2011 and has a certificate in the operational safety of the IOSA operations, indicating that this certificate is due to be renewed later this year. It is worth mentioning that the Operational Safety Certificate is a standard for global airline safety management. All airline members must remain registered in order to maintain membership.
