‘Home delivery’ Trio selling liquor

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 21: A man and two women of Asian nationality were arrested for selling locally manufactured liquor, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

According to security sources, Farwaniya securitymen were patrolling Farwaniya area based on instructions from the Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs Major General Ibrahim Al-Tarrah when they suspected a man and two women who were placing bottles in front of a building.

As soon as they noticed securitymen, they tried to flee but securitymen stopped them and checked the bottles to discover it is filed with locally manufactured liquor. They also found an imported liquor bottle and some drugs in their possession. The suspects were arrested and referred with the confiscated items to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action.
