Hawalli securitymen ‘arrest’ citizen for murdering his wife

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 12: A Kuwaiti man born in 1971 was arrested in Salwa for the murder of his wife. The suspect identified as Seyyid Ibrahim Khalil was nabbed by officers attached to Hawalli Security Command for killing his wife Manal Abdul-Wahab Ibrahim, born in 1980, due to a matrimonial dispute. Information gathered from the General Department of Public Relations and Media Security in the Ministry of Interior indicated rescue officers at the Operations Room (112) received a distress call from a relative reporting the murder and officers went to the scene immediately to seal off the apartment.
A security source said the culprit was arrested shortly after the incident with the tools he had used in perpetrating the crime, including two screw drivers and a hammer.
