Frosty at dawn on Friday

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 21: Weather Forecast Monitor at the Meteorological Department Abdulaziz Al-Qarawi warned owners of farms and farmers in desert and agricultural areas of a wave of what he called the ‘frosty’ at dawn on Friday.

Al-Qarawi told Al-Seyassah daily that the cold wave began Wednesday and climaxed Thursday and will continue until Friday, so that the maximum temperatures will range between 13 and 15 degrees Celsius, and the minimum temperature range will drop to 2 and 5 degrees Celsius. He called on farm goers to guard against the cold wave, take the necessary precautions, follow up meteorological bulletins constantly, and wear heavy clothes to protect from the cold wave.
