KUWAIT CITY, April 25:  A Filipino woman and her 3 illegitimate children, upon orders of the Director- General of the Hawally Security Directorate Abdeen Al-Abdeen, have been referred to the Criminal Investigations Department, reports a local Arabic daily. The arrest came after a Syrian reported the death of his nephew to the Salwa Police Station.He also said the nephew has a wife and three children and gave police the telephone number of the wife. However, when police contacted the wife they discovered that the woman was just a live-in partner and did not have a marriage contract.
