Fake doctor held – Fireworks seized

KUWAIT CITY, July 23:An Indian cleaning worker has been arrested for practicing medicine without license, reports Al- Anba daily. The fake doctor used to treat wanted criminals and violators of residency law in an apartment in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh.

Customs officers at Shuwaikh Port foiled a company’s attempt to smuggle huge quantities of fireworks (2.5 million fireworks) worth KD 1 million into the country from China, reports Al-Rai daily.
