KUWAIT CITY, Oct 1: While schools in new areas in general, and Sabah Al-Ahmad in particular, need more teachers to fill the shortage; hundreds of expatriate teachers and administrators in these schools have been deprived of the remote area allowance granted to their Kuwaiti and Gulf colleagues, reports Al- Qabas daily
