‘Excellent duty allowance in one week’

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 23: Educational sources disclosed that excellent duty allowance will be paid to beneficiaries within one week provided that finance sector of the educational zones and special education schools receives the list of names, reports Al-Rai daily.

In this context, Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative Affairs and Development Fahad Al-Ghais stated a meeting of the Assistant Undersecretary of the Public Education Sector Osama Al-Sultan with Coordination Department and the Directors of Administrative and Technical Affairs was held at the educational zones in the framework of reviewing the names of beneficiaries of the excellent duty allowance.

He said they received a list of names of employees in supervisory positions, including school managers, assistant managers and heads of departments whose names have yet to be evaluated. He also asked for the names of supervisors in order to evaluate their performance and decide if they deserve excellent duty allowance or not- according to the Ministerial Decision No. (2019/97), adding a total of 3656 names of teachers has since been received.
