Ex-wife fears man

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 11: A Kuwaiti, born in 1972, has been arrested and detained at the Jaber Al-Ahmad Police Station for drinking in a public place, reports Al-Anba daily. The arrest came after his ex-wife who lives in the divided apartment filed a complaint with the police fearing the man who lives with his new wife will force his way into her apartment under the influence of alcohol sensing the earlier incident to repeat.

Police rushed to the house and found the man under the influence of alcohol. In another unrelated incident a Kuwaiti woman, born in 1989 filed a complaint with the Abu Futaira Police Station that her ex-husband forced his way into her rented apartment under the pretext of seeing his children.
