Drunk Indian misses flight

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 26: An unidentified Indian who was about to leave the country to go ‘home’, has been arrested and detained at the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh Police Station because he was found to be drunk, reports Al-Anba daily.
