Driving license for a computer engineer

I am University graduate and in June 2016 I got driving license based on designation ‘Computer Engineer’ and August 2016 within 2 months I changed job and new company didn’t have designation of engineer due to that my driving license was cancelled. Now I have completed 2 years block period and online check shows ‘no driving license available’, can I apply for fresh license with designation ‘Computer Programmer’ with salary KD 700.

Answer: Yes, you can apply for a new license as you satisfy all the conditions to be granted a driving license. We must, however, point out that the final arbiters when it comes to accepting or rejecting an application for a driving license are the officials at the Traffic Department.
