KUWAIT CITY, Nov 27: The decomposed remains of an unidentified person found in an open area off the Sixth Ring Road, opposite Sulaibiya, have been referred to Forensics, reports Al-Rai daily. The security sources have registered the death as ‘suspicious’. The Public Prosecution has been informed of the incident.
