Court sentences man to death by hanging for killing his father

KUWAIT CITY, April 25: The Criminal Court presided over by Judge Waleed Al-Kandari sentenced to death by handing a man who was convicted of murdering his father in Waha, Jahra. According to the case file, the incident occurred few months ago. The defendant, under narcotic influence, killed his father using a cleaver and then fled the scene. The Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received a call from other family members who reported that their father is bleeding after he was stabbed by his son due to domestic dispute. Securitymen took necessary action and had later managed to arrest the runaway suspect.
