Concrete barriers with barbed wires still surround de-isolated areas

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 25: Although more than two months have passed since the Council of Ministers decided to de-isolate Farwaniya, Khaitan and Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh; the methods of isolation remain clearly visible as concrete barriers still surround these areas, separating the streets and distorting the aesthetic appearance of streets.

 The methods of isolation are not limited to concrete barriers, as they include barbed wires separating the roads in the abovementioned areas.  So far, the concerned government agencies have not given justifications for maintaining these barriers in most of the areas which were isolated some months ago as part of measures to curb the spread of coronavirus
