Committee for following discharge of long-stay patients in hospitals

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 13: Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health Dr. Mustafa Redha issued an administrative decision regarding the committee responsible for organizing and following up the discharge of long-stay patients in government hospitals after they completed their treatment period and were authorized to leave, reports Al-Rai daily.
The members of the committee include the Head of the Kuwait Team for the Disabled People Sheikha Suhaila Salem Al-Sabah, a representative of the Department for the Elderly Dr. Ayman Sadad Al-Azizi, and the legal researcher in Jahra region Daifallah Ajeeb Al-Mufarrej.
These members have joined the committee in place of the legal researcher Haitham Abdel Wahab Habib, the head of the financial affairs department at the Farwaniya Hospital Ali Nasser Al-Mutairi, and the representative of Jahra region Mijbil Al-Dosari.
