Citations issued, 12 laborers held in Municipality raids

KUWAIT CITY, April 7 Head of Capital Municipality’s Emergency Team Zaid Al-Enezi revealed that the team conducted a campaign during which 15 citations were issued against vendors, 12 violating laborers were arrested, eight cubic meters of truffles were confiscated, 44 violating advertisements were removed, encroachments on a number of state properties were lifted and 19 complaints received the hotline number were dealt with, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

Meanwhile, Farwaniya Municipality conducted a campaign against violators of law in Khaitan, Farwaniya and Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh areas. Acting Director of Public Hygiene and Road Occupancy Department at Farwaniya Municipality Soud Al-Harbi said the campaign resulted in the issuance of 16 citations, confiscation of 48 cubic meters of different goods and removal of encroachments of size 400 square meters on state properties
