CBK to issue new cash notes on the occasion of ‘Eid’

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 1: Central Bank of Kuwait has announced that it will provide local banks with new cash notes of all amounts to meet the needs of clients for Kuwaiti currency on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha, reports Al-Shahed daily.
In a press release, the bank called on those who would like to receive the new cash notes to visit its branches during the official working hours. It indicated the possibility of obtaining the new cash notes via Automated Teller Machines (ATM) provided by CBK in a number of commercial complexes with the cooperation of Kuwait Banking Society and Shared Electronic Banking Company (K-Net) from Aug 5 to Aug 15.
