KUWAIT CITY, Aug 16: Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh police arrested a Nepalese man who appeared disoriented while he was in an open ground with two bottles, two gallons and three buckets of paint in his possession, reports Al-Anba daily. The Nepalese, who paints houses as a source of income, told investigators that he cannot work without drinking.

Luxury car set afirePolice are looking for an unidentified person who set fire to a luxury car in Da’iya, reports Al-Anba daily. While patrolling the Third Ring Road, opposite to Da’iya, the officers noticed the car in flames and they started extinguishing the fire before the arrival of firefighters who completed the fire-out operation. The officers also discovered that the car was reported stolen and the owner identified it. Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department lifted fingerprints to identify the culprit.
