Cable theft in Sabhan disrupts 400 telephone lines

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 17: Four hundred telephone lines serving vital government agencies, in addition to the military hospital and other places were cut off following the theft of about 800-meter cable in Sabhan, reports Al-Rai daily.
