Brigadier refuses to file a case on Lebanese who accidentally ran over him

KUWAIT CITY, May 30: The Assistant Director of Hawally Security Brigadier General Ziyad al-Khatib, was mistakenly run over by a Lebanese.

Al-Khatib, while he was at a checkpoint in the Hawally area, was mistakenly run over by a Lebanese expatriate where he was immediately taken to hospital for treatment where as Lebanese was taken to the police station. Al-Khatib was in the hospital he issued orders not to register a case against the Lebanese expat as it was a mistake and not intentional.
