KUWAIT CITY, Aug 11: The Ministry of Interior is conducting an investigation to arrest the accused involved in a brawl that erupted between a group of people in a cafe. A complaint was filed by a Kuwaiti citizen and a case was registered in Nuqra, Hawally police station.
