Barrak case – Ruling Dec 12

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 22: The Misdemeanor Court postponed until Dec 12, 2016 the issuance of its ruling on the case of former MP Musallam Al-Barrak. The former MP has been accused of offending the judicial authority and making destructive allegations without presenting proof at a gathering in Erada Square.
His defense team stressed that all charges against their client should be dropped because they are not true. Previously, the court released the former MP on bail of KD 5,000 although the Public Prosecution detained him provisionally for 10 days for questioning.
