KUWAIT CITY, March 27: Government agencies have taken great strides in evaluating the performance of their employees, reports Al-Rai daily. Results of the job performance evaluation will be used to determine who among the employees will receive the excellent performance bonus this year.

Sources from the Civil Service Commission (CSC) told the daily that based on correspondences between the CSC and government agencies, the employees‘ attendance is one of the factors considered in the evaluation. Sources confirmed the government agencies have started the evaluation of their employees, indicating the results will be forwarded to the ministers for approval. Sources said many departments in these entities have completed the evaluation process, while others completed the evaluation of half of their employees.
