KUWAIT CITY, April 25: Personnel from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), Ahmadi branch, have opened an investigation into the incident of two Asian men – one of whom died with a blow to the head and the other seriously injured has been admitted to the Al-Adan Hospital in serious condition. According to security sources, it is not known if the two men were involved in a fight or someone else fatally assaulted them and escaped.

The incident happened in Mangaf. According to a security source, the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior received a report on the incident and police and paramedics rushed to the spot, rushed the injured to the hospital and moved the remains of the other victim to Forensics. Meanwhile, in an unrelated development, Shaya Abdurrahman Ahmad Al-Shaya, Minister of State for Municipality Affairs and Minister of State for Housing Affairs and Urban Development has issued a decision to form a fact-finding committee to investigate why the Municipality lost the lawsuit, reports Al-Qabas daily.
