Asian held for ‘touching’ Egyptian woman

KUWAIT CITY, March 11: An unidentified Asian has been arrested by the Khaitan police for indecently touching an Egyptian woman while the latter was purchasing her needs at one of the branches of the cooperative society in the area, reports Al-Anba daily.

The suspect is allegedly working at the same branch and when the woman complained to the manager of the branch he checked the CCTV footage and after he was convinced that it was an intentional act, the woman complained to the police. She added, she did not complain to her husband for fear he may take the law in his hands and attack the Asian.

Meanwhile, an unidentified Arab man who was allegedly cheated by a European has filed a case with the police accusing the man of selling him imitation good, reports Al-Rai daily.
