Anti Corruption alters internal investigation of MOE before reporting

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 27: Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority (NAZAHA) has alerted the Ministry of Education about the need to conduct an internal investigation before referring the report on suspicions or corruption crimes to it.

This is aimed to ensure the availability of legal controls and necessary conditions in the report that the ministry intends to refer to the NAZAHA as well as to ensure the results of these investigations and their findings of suspicions, suspects, and documents about the incident to be referred to it are attached, reports Al- Rai daily.

Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Abdullatif Al-Roudhan highlighted the necessary requirements in the reports of the incidents that are referred to NAZAHA.

He asked the Minister of Education and Higher Education Dr Saud Al-Harbi to circulate them to the agencies subject to supervision of the ministry. This is intended for them to work on embodying the required cooperation with the authority and to abide by what is included as recommendations based on the directives of His Highness the Prime Minister towards achieving the desired goals
