His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al- Sabah arrived here on Thursday after participating in the 36th Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) summit held in Riyadh. On hand at the airport to greet the arrival of His Highness the Amir were His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al- Jaber Al-Sabah, National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim, senior Sheikhs, His Highness Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al- Sabah, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al- Sabah, Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, ministers, senior commanders of the army, the police and the National Guards.
The delegation that accompanied His Highness the Amir to the summit included First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Sheikh Khaled Al- Jarrah Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance and Acting Oil Minister Anas Khaled Al- Saleh, Manager of the office of His Highness the Amir Ahmad Fahad Al-Fahad, Chief of state protocols Sheikh Khaled Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah Al-Nasser Al-Sabah, Deputy Foreign Minister Khaled Sulaiman Al-Jarallah, Chief of Media Affairs at the Amiri Diwan Yousef Hamad Al- Roumi, Chief of Political and Economic Affairs at the Amiri Diwan Sheikh Fawaz Saud Nasser Saud Al-Sabah, and senior officials at the Amiri Diwan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Finance.
His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al- Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Thursday a cable to The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz thanking him for his hospitality during Kuwait’s participation in the 36th Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) summit held in Riyadh. His Highness the Amir expressed his delight at having taken part in the summit and having met with leaders of the GCC countries while at the same time he touted the decisions and recommendations reached by the summiteers.
