7 women, 5 men held in Salhiya brothel

KUWAIT CITY, April 9: Seven women and five men were arrested from a brothel in Salhiya area. According to security sources, when the Criminal Investigations Department received information about a gang running a brothel in Salhiya area, a team was formed for investigations and raiding the building and apartments therein. They arrested seven women and five men for engaging in immoral acts from the suspicious building in the area. One of the arrested men confessed that he had paid KD 20 to rent a room with an Asian woman for an hour. Detectives also discovered hidden surveillance cameras that monitor every person entering the building.
A number of Kuwaiti citizens requested General Traffic Department to take necessary action for securing Mangaf area after several reckless drivers closed down main roads to practice drifting and perform stunts without any consideration for the safety of other road users, reports Al-Seyassah daily. A number of bloggers on social media shared a video clip which showed many reckless drivers drifting and performing stunts with their vehicles in broad daylight, which caused traffic problems and exposed the lives of innocent people to danger.
