KUWAIT, March 14 (KUNA) — Thirty-eight schools were handed in to the Ministries of Interior and Justice ahead to the 2019 by-elections scheduled for March 16, said a statement by the Education Ministry Thursday.
Education Ministry’s representative at the by-elections committee and ministry undersecretary Yousef Al-Najjar said that the schools were ready to host voters to cast their ballots in the elections for the second and third constituencies seats.

The elections centers are located in the Hawalli, Farwaniya, and the capital school districts, added the official.
The by-elections will help fill in the seats left vacant after the constitutional court stripped Waleed Al-Tabtabai and Jam’an Al-Herbesh from their membership in the National Assembly.
