21 students held for driving without license

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 8: The security authorities have arrested 21 students for driving cars without driving licences, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily added the arrests came upon instructions issued by the Assistant Undersecretary for Traffic Affairs at the Ministry of Interior Major-General Abdullah Al-Muhanna. The campaign was headed by acting Director of General Traffic Department of the Ahmadi Governorate Colonel Saud Ayesh Al-Husseini accompanied by Captain Rashed Al-Sahli. During the campaign the authorities are also said to have impounded 28 vehicles for various reasons.

Corpse found in car: The corpse of an unidentified Kuwaiti which was found inside a parked car in Sulaibikhat, has been referred to Forensics to identify the cause of death, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, as soon as the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior received a call, personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department rushed to the area behind the Al- Dahdah mosque and lifted the remains
