KUWAIT CITY, Nov 12: An Iranian expat reported to a police station that he had been run over in Jabriya area. The CCTV captured footage of a driver who ran over a group of young men and then got out of the car with accomplice and attacked the youngmen who ran away.During the incident an Iranian who was next to the vehicle was overrun.
The sources added that the driver who is a 17 yr old Kuwaiti citizen has been arrested, while others are still absconding and search for them has been launched. The dispute is between two parties which started from a quarrel.
