KUWAIT CITY, Aug 12: Head of the Occupational Safety Department in the Farwaniya Governorate of the Public Authority for Manpower, Ahmed Dashti, said the department has issued five notifications to violating companies at three sites which the department inspected and found 13 workers violating the law that bans working under direct sunlight from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Dashti told reporters after an inspection tour of Al-Masayel area that the authority is keen to implement its decisions to ensure the safety of workers first, and the extent of implementation of the decision, which came into effect early June and ends at the end of this August By Faris Al-Abdan Al-Seyassah Staff
