KUWAIT CITY, March 19: A 23-year-old Kuwaiti girl lost her life due to drowning at the College of Basic Education swimming pool in Kuwait. The young woman’s body was transferred to forensic medicine for examination, while authorities initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident. Reports indicate that the college’s operations room received the news in the early hours, detailing the drowning of a female student within the premises’ swimming pool. Security personnel and ambulances rushed to the scene, but unfortunately, their efforts to rescue her were in vain. Despite all attempts, the young woman could not be revived. The deceased’s body was subsequently moved to forensic medicine for further examination, as authorities registered a case to delve into the details of the event.
