KUWAIT CITY, May 24: A Yemeni national was arrested for entering the country illegally and begging in front of a mosque in Farwaniya area. According to security sources, Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs at Ministry of Interior Major General Ibrahim Al-Tarrah had instructed the distribution of securitymen in all governorates for organizing traffic around mosques and arresting violators of law.
Securitymen assigned at a mosque noticed a man in dishdasha begging in front of the mosque under the claim that he is suffering from diseases. They asked him for his civil ID but he revealed he did not have one. He confessed that he entered the country illegally many years ago. He was arrested and referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action.
