KUWAIT CITY, Sept 15: The Yarmouk Club administration has appointed Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Felakawi as the Director of the first handball team for the upcoming 2024-2025 season. Dr. Al-Felakawi brings a solid background in handball, having previously played the sport and, after retirement, coached youth teams.

In response to his appointment, Abdulaziz Al-Felakawi expressed his deep gratitude to the Board of Directors of Al-Yarmouk Club and the Director of Handball, Youssef Al-Felakawi, for their trust in him to lead the first handball team. He stated, "The team will work collaboratively, with the technical and administrative staff alongside the players, under the guidance of the club’s Board of Directors and the handball department, to rejuvenate the sport and restore Yarmouk Handball to its former prominence in local competitions."

Dr. Al-Felakawi noted that achieving this goal will require consistent effort and dedication from everyone involved, emphasizing that it won't happen overnight but through hard work.
