KUWAIT CITY, Aug 24: A group of employees of the Fine Arts Department of the National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters (NCCAL) has submitted a collective complaint to the Secretary-General of the Council Kamel Al-Abdul- Jalil, asking him to solve the obstacles and problems they suffer because of the management’s what they called ‘working style’, reports Al-Anba daily. The complaints said they have difficulty completing work since the appointment of a manager in 2019, because she conceals some details of the exhibitions that artists have the right to view. The employees hope, through their written complaint – a copy of which has been obtained by the daily, – they will find a solution to the points they have mentioned in their complaint to help them work in an comfortable atmosphere.
