KUWAIT CITY, March 4: A Kuwaiti citizen is said to have grabbed hold of a young lady’s hand and kissed her in the Manakh Market parking area in Salhiya area.
The girl filed a case in Salhiya police station saying a person she knows seized her hand and kissed it, while they were talking inside the market. She claimed the suspect ran away when she shouted for help from passersby.
She gave details of the suspect to securitymen, and he was arrested.
Meanwhile, a Kuwaiti citizen accompanied by his Sri Lankan housemaid filed a case with officers at Ferdous police station against an unknown person for sexual harassment. The suspect is said to have stalked the maid on her way to the grocery shop and fondled her. He fled the scene after the incident. A case was registered for investigation
