KUWAIT CITY, Jul 28: The Family Disputes Court of Appeal has revoked a mother's custody of her four children after it was revealed that she practiced witchcraft and sorcery against the children's father following their separation. Lawyer Hawra Al-Habib, representing the father, emphasized the importance of the children staying with a nurturing and caring mother. However, the defendant was deemed unfit to fulfill the role of a caregiver or mother.
Al-Habib explained that the mother had performed magic on his client, which was confirmed when the witch involved informed the client. The witch provided audio and video evidence, revealing that she had cast spells on the father for the benefit of his ex-wife. The situation came to light after the witch disagreed with the ex-wife over the payment for her services, leading her to disclose the details and send evidence to the client, showing the ex-wife chanting spells and engaging in degrading rituals. These actions were considered a serious act of polytheism.
