On the auspicious occasion of the 1st Anniversary of His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah’s assumption of the role of Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait, I extend, on behalf of the Government and people of the United Mexican States, my warmest congratulations and best wishes to His Highness, His Highness Amir of the State of Kuwait, Government and the people of Kuwait. This milestone reflects the steadfast commitment of His Highness to the continued stability, prosperity, and development of the State of Kuwait.
