Upload ‘academic certificates’ or face action

KUWAIT CITY, May 13: Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) Chief Major General Talal Al-Roumi has issued Circular No. 28/2025 on the need for all fire sector personnel holding higher education qualifications to upload their academic certificates for verification.

The circular is based on the following:

Cabinet Resolution No. 650, which mandates the formation of a committee, chaired by the Legal Advice and Legislation Department and comprising of various government entities, to verify the academic qualifications of citizens and expatriates working in public and private sectors
A letter from the chairman of the Committee for Examining Academic Certificates of Government Employees.
General work environment requirements and regulatory standards.

It requires the concerned KFF employees to do the following:

Access the designated platform by scanning the QR code or visiting www.kff. gov.kw.
Log in using their official credentials: [email protected].
Contact the Information Technology Department for technical assistance or inquiries.
Accurately complete all required fields.
Upload valid academic certificates for diplomas, bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degrees obtained since Jan 1, 2000.
Submit the required documents on May 20-27. Failure to comply will result in administrative and legal action.
