KUWAIT CITY, Nov 26: Two expatriates were arrested for their involvement in the issuance of fake entry visas, reports Al-Seyassah daily. The Public Relations and Media Security Department of Ministry of Interior explained that information was received about one of the suspects’ involvement in issuance of fake visa.After conducting investigations and confirming the information, necessary legal measures were taken. The suspect who works as a salesman for a company was arrested.During interrogations, he confessed about another expatriate who demands money for facilitating issuance of visa and avoiding being caught.The second suspect was also arrested and he too confessed to the accusations. Both suspects were referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action.Meanwhile, the department revealed that a number of individuals of different nationalities were arrested from a house after they were caught gambling and consuming liquor.The house was placed under surveillance after information was received about the illegal activities. Later a raid was conducted and all individuals inside the house were arrested.It was discovered that some were reported as absconding and some others were involved in a few cases. The suspects were referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action.
