KUWAIT CITY, Oct 24: Patrol men from the Al-Ahmadi Security Directorate arrested two people under the influence of drugs and in possession of narcotic substances and drug tools at a checkpoint in the West Abdullah Al-Mubarak area.
The Al-Seyassah daily said the men were traveling in a Japanese-made car and when they approached the checkpoint it was evident they were under the influence of drugs.
During the initial interrogation, the officer discovered the men were wanted by law. Police then searched their car and found in their possession drugs Crystal Meth, Chemicals,15 hashish cigarettes, tools for use, an a weapon with 160 rounds of ammunition.
The men and the contraband have been referred to the Directorate-General for Drugs Control.
