Traveling To Shuwaikh? Expect Major Delays On Fourth Ring Road!

KUWAIT CITY, Sep 5: The General Traffic Department has announced the closure of Hussein Bin Ali Al-Rumi Road (Fourth Ring Road) heading towards the Shuwaikh Industrial Area. The closure will extend from the overpass at the intersection of the Fourth Ring Road with Airport Road up to Al-Ghazali Road. This closure will begin at dawn today and is expected to last for 45 days.
