KUWAIT CITY, Nov 6: Three security sectors of the Ministry of Interior (the General Traffic, Rescue and Public Security departments) have begun on experimental basis recording of conversation between patrolmen and motorists when they are ordered to pull over, reports Al-Shahed daily.
