KUWAIT CITY, Dec 22: The General Authority for Roads and Land Transport has declared a brief alteration in traffic flow at the junction of the Fifth Ring Road and Mohammed bin Al Qasim Street, specifically for those traveling from Jahra to Salmiya. The temporary traffic diversion will be in effect for three hours, from 2:00 AM to 5:00 AM. This alteration is scheduled to take place from the upcoming Sunday, December 24, until the morning of Thursday, the 28th of December.
