KUWAIT CITY, March 21: Statistics issued by the Department of Information and Statistics of the Traffic General Department show 70 people died (citizens and expatriates), the majority of them young men in traffic accidents since the beginning of this year until March 20, 2019, reports Al-Qabas daily.
According to statistics most of the accidents were caused due to the man behind the steering wheel using cell phones and non-compliance with traffic rules.
