CLARKSVILLE, Tennessee, Dec 16: In a miraculous turn of events, a 4-month-old boy emerged unscathed after a tornado swept through his family's mobile home in Tennessee, reducing it to rubble. Sydney Moore recounted the harrowing experience, explaining that the tornado tore off the roof and lifted the bassinet with her son inside. As the child's father attempted to secure the bassinet, both he and the cradle were swept up into the twister.

"He was just holding on to the bassinet the whole time, and they went into circles, he said, and then they got thrown," Moore recounted. Meanwhile, in another room, Moore, grappling with the roaring wind, made a split-second decision to shield their other 1-year-old son. She managed to grab the child just as the walls collapsed, with both of them getting trapped under the trailer.

Despite being crushed, Moore summoned the strength to push herself and the 1-year-old out from under the wreckage. The search for the younger son lasted 10 agonizing minutes, culminating in the discovery of the baby lying in a fallen tree amid the pouring rain.

"I was pretty sure he was dead and we weren’t going to find him," Moore expressed. "But he’s here, and that’s by the grace of God." While the family members survived with cuts and bruises, their home and possessions were entirely destroyed. Moore's sister initiated a GoFundMe page to aid in their recovery.

The tornado-producing storms on Saturday claimed three lives in Clarksville and three in Nashville, leaving a trail of devastation in their wake.
